Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Digital downloads or prints that have already been accessed.
Custom or personalised orders.
Items marked as final sale.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at theurbanarchivegallery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
